Terms of Vedic Craft

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Gourshal website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • COD orders are confirmed upon dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within India
  • We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day freshness guarantee from delivery date.

  • Damaged or defective products: full refund or replacement
  • Wrong product delivered: full refund or replacement
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@gourshal.com with your order ID and photos of the issue.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). A ₹50 COD convenience fee applies. We do not store payment card details.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Gourshal Wellness Pvt Ltd and protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are food items regulated by FSSAI. Health claims are based on traditional Vedic knowledge and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gourshal's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
